Sorry - can't be first Saturday in September if you want to borrow our church - it will be in use that day for T's birthday party!

I can do any saturday given a few weeks notice. It gives me time to pre book train tickets for a cheaper fare which means i could afford to bring dh along too lol

hiya,
for us it would have to be the second proposal as we come as a package of 3. With notice we can do most saturdays im guessing it would be a couple of hours drive.

I would be very interested in the 2nd proposal, meeting at your Church. It would be hard for me to attend an adult only meet up because of child care, although I think it's a good idea and if i could come to both i definately would.

Hi - thinking off the top of my head and having read the messages - would there be room and interest for 2 get togethers????

OK guys - a proposal!!!

1. A get together for adults only in central London - maybe a Saturday lunchtime in a Pizza Express near a main line station? (we could check the Martin Lewis website for vouchers!)

2. A get together for adults with children welcome at my church in Sanderstead (CR2 9EE if you want to look us up!) - there is...

Hi all, I was thinking central London would be easier, as people such as myself would be traveling from outside of London, for an hour or so to get there.

what do others think?

also, personally I feel it should be adults only, some of us are a bit sensitive arround little ones.

anyone have any thoughts on that subject ???

When the Nottingham G2G was being planned London was the second choice of venue.

Would some one like to take up the reins and start the ball rolling in -planning a London one for some time this year. You will need to set a date, find a venue, sort out who is coming (get them to sign up in this forum) etc.

One it is underway we can set up a locked forum for you to make arrangements.
