Firstly - a big thank you for thinking of me recently!!! So sorry I have not been around much, but I have had MAJOR computer drama's and my mother came to visit (and fuss over me!), the week before the pg test. Thank goodness the computer is back working now - I have missed you all!!!!!!!!!
As the title says, all has worked out with the IVF/PGD. The nurse from OB's clinic called to let us know on the 11th July. I then had a repeat blood test on Monday 14th to check the levels were rising and she said all was going well. I must admit having sadly had so much "experience" with early pg, I was having a few symptoms so was feeling a bit positive before the call. We are now 5w 2d. I have to see OB again in two weeks.
I still feel very scared though, only natural I guess. I am trying to be very hopeful but I can't help but think this is my 4th pg in 20 months!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really don't know what to think/feel. Don't get me wrong, of course I am delighted, but sooooo scared.
. It was also Jacob's first
birthday on the 15th July and that has been playing on my mind. I can't believe he would have been 1 had he of lived......
Anyway - thanks again everyone for all your support through this process. You are all such a fab bunch. There is no way I am moving to PAL yet! I feel I belong here if that makes sense??? I think I will stick around a bit longer if OK.
