Would some one like to take up the reins and start the ball rolling in -planning a London one for some time this year. You will need to set a date, find a venue, sort out who is coming (get them to sign up in this forum) etc. One it is underway we can set up a locked forum for you to make arrangements.

I guess not - but I remember I offered my church premises for a get together when we were thinking about Nottingham. My church is in Sanderstead - and there are trains to SAnderstead, Purley Oaks, and Riddlesdown from London Bridge and Victoria - but from any of those stations it's about a mile to the church, so for people coming on public transport we would need to oorganise lifts from the nearest stations etc. What do you think? Or maybe I could talk to colleagues with churches more centrally in London about a cheap (free!) hire of a nice room for us to take over for a few hours....? Or obviously we could meet anywhere! OK guys - a proposal!!! 1. A get together for adults only in central London - maybe a Saturday lunchtime in a Pizza Express near a main line station? (we could check the Martin Lewis website for vouchers!) 2. A get together for adults with children welcome at my church in Sanderstead (CR2 9EE if you want to look us up!) - there is parking and a bus stop right outside - or we could run a shuttle service picking folk up from Sanderstead station which is on the line from Victoria. We are fairly close to Junction 6 of the M25. We could arrange for toddler group toys to be available and the kitchen for teas and coffees. There is a good fish and chip shop not far away! Possibly a Saturday late morning running through the afternoon???? OK ladies - I wait for your responses! - would anyone be interested in one of these/ both of these/ neither of these???? Jo xxxxxxxx

It would be hard for me to attend an adult only meet up because of child care, although I think it's a good idea and if i could come to both i definately would.
