Posts: 222 (04/07/08 19:36) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Hi Everyone, I am really not sure if I should be posting just yet as I have only found out today that I am pregnant. I think we are about 4 wks and 5 days. We lost our little boy Kai in April 07 at 26 weeks and have recently suffered a mc in June 08 and now here I am. I have turned into a knicker checker monster and every pain in my stomach I am worried about. I'm sure this is normal but I don't feel positive that this will go full term. I have booked a midwifery apt on 23rd June as we go on holiday next week. I just hope that nothing happens whilst we are away. Anyway, hope I don't sound too dreary, just absolutely petrified!! I was a knicker watcher until 20 weeks and never thought i would get to this point (29 weeks tomorrrow). I noticed on ttc when you announced your bfp last month and felt really bad for you when a few days later you had a mc. Im so pleased that you are here on pal and want to wish you all the luck in the world for a sticky one!!! It does get easier but there are good days and bad days especially with your late loss it means it is so difficult to have any enjoyment of being pregnant i just really hope this time all is well!! I am reliably informed by an obsessive ex-knicker checker that the way to go is floral - you apparently give up trying to decipher what's pattern and what's panic after a relatively short space of time (either that or you start worrying about straining your eyes instead...) I'm a knicker checker too, I even showed DH my knickers a few times!!!!!!! ewwwww. To make matters worse, I actually kept them out of the wash basket to show him when he got in from work!!!!!!!.I'm 15 weeks now and still checking every time but I do try to keep it to myself! I also check all the time. I'm on vaginal progesterone suppositories so it means that there's always something to check. I hope the third time's a charm for you! (This is my third time pg in 9 months myself).
